Highly recommend Mike and his team! Very helpful every step of the way. He provided great comps to price my home right. The team was very accommodating of my schedule for meeting and taking pictures, and very prompt when responding to all my questions. My home was listed quickly to fit my needs, and received an offer that same day. I appreciated the fact that I was updated during every step of the selling process, as I had already moved out of state. They even assisted in mowing the yard one last time! :)

My wife and I found a home on Zillow so I scheduled an appointment with Mike to look at the home. While looking at the home Mike asked if we were interested in having him sell our current home. I had done a bit of research on Mike and found him to be a professional so we agreed to use his services to bot sell and purchase. I believe we made the best choice we could have. Mike was both personal and professional. He was easy to work with, answered our questions in a timely manner, and broke the process down so we always understood where we were. His work took the lion share of the stress out of the process so that we could focus on what we needed to do. He went out of his way to assist me with some projects that I needed to complete prior to the sale and that is definitely something that you can't expect from a realtor. Mike found us the perfect house in a great neighborhood. He mostly dealt with my wife because I was out of state. He treated her with respect and made sure he found us a home in a safe nice neighborhood. He kept us up to date on even the smallest details during the purchase of our home. Even after we closed he has made himself available to us whenever we need him and even found us good contractors to do some work finishing part of the basement. If we ever purchase another home in the black hills we will definatly use mike again.

Having Mike as our realator was the best decision we could have made. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the process he was also always on top of responding to questions we had in a timely manner. It was a bit daunting since we had not bought or sold a home in many years. I always felt like we were in great hands and that he was looking out for us, which cut down on the amount of stress experienced. Honestly we had very little stress during the entire experience which left a lot of room for excitment of our new endevour! He also went above and beyond by helping us with a few minor home projects that the inspector asked be fixed. We didnt ask for his help he just offered and one day showed up to complete a project with my husband and it was nearly 100 degrees outside. I have never heard of a realator doing this! I have already recommended Mike to several friends and will continue to do so. Incredibly thankful that we had him to help us through this process. Please consider him if your looking to buy or sell. You won't regret it ??

Mike provided answers to all our questions in a timely and professional manner for the purchase of our first home. Because we were returning from Europe to states Mike even made custom videos of the homes we were interested in seeing and even was willing to meet with members of our family that could see the houses on our behalf. In 2013 my wife & I decided try to find a home in the Black Hills and a friend highly recommended Mike. He worked tirelessly with us while we negotiated a reasonable price with a unreasonable owner. After several months we finally had our hideaway in the National Forrest. In 2017, due to failing health of a parent, we were forced to sell the dream home Mike had found for us. The sale was made in 4 days. I highly recommend Michael - he did a fantastic job for us and I'm confident we'll use him again when we are able to return to the Black Hills.
