In 2013 my wife & I decided try to find a home in the Black Hills and a friend highly recommended Mike. He worked tirelessly with us while we negotiated a reasonable price with a unreasonable owner. After several months we finally had our hideaway in the National Forrest. In 2017, due to failing health of a parent, we were forced to sell the dream home Mike had found for us. The sale was made in 4 days. I highly recommend Michael - he did a fantastic job for us and I'm confident we'll use him again when we are able to return to the Black Hills.

Michael was awesome to work with. I was relocating from across the state and he kept me informed on new houses that were hitting the market and ones we should be looking at. I would send him lists and he would look into them and find out the details and info on them before I traveled 6 hrs to come look in person. The place I ended up with wasn't even on my radar initially and Mike thought it would be a good fit and we should go check it out. He was absolutely right and got me into an awesome place. We could not have been happier or chosen a better realtor to sell out house. We were living over 1,000 miles away and Michael went above and beyond to make sure our house was in great shape. He took care of minor issues for us and even dealt with the snow while selling during the winter. The Dollhouse program he uses to show the property is amazing and sets the standard for buying and selling with listings online. Mike had my house under contract 2 months before our planned time to list it. Not only that, he negotiated the contract to be far more beneficial to my family than I could have hoped for (not just monetarily), then went out of his way to assist me in finding a realtor in my new location. Because of him, the selling and moving process has been far less intrusive on my family than it should have been--it's been almost easy! He doesn't get paid enough for the fantastic work he does.
