Mike and his team went a lot further than a traditional relator. Mike assisted with getting my carpet replaced to sell and instead of allow the carpet company to charge me for the removal, Mike removed the carpet to save me money. After I had left the area of the house, Mike and his team helped by making sure the required items of the house that needed to be repaired was completed without me having to oversee the entire process. (And when I moved out, I had left a substantial amount of trash in the garage). As for Mike and his teams performance, I had my only showing of the house during a blizzard and had about eight families view it. That speaks volumes. Mike makes the other relators in the area look like kids on a playground. USE FRYBARGER WHEN YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR HOUSE.

Michael did an outstanding job of selling our home and went far above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent. We had already moved four hours away by the time our house was listed, so he picked up all the slack and then some to make our "selling from afar" experience absolutely worry-free and simple. He sold our house faster than we expected it to sell in the middle of winter, and provided a lot of on the ground support and care for our house in the meantime.
