Mike was very timely with sharing new listings which led to my ability to buy my new home. He shared it with me the day it was listed and showed it to me the following day. We made an offer that day, and they had already received another offer. Our offer won out, but if he hadn’t shared and showed it so quickly, it would’ve been a missed opportunity. Mike is also very knowledgeable about home builds and points out any deficiencies that he sees. It was a great experience working with Mike!

I've worked with a handful of realtors before and Henry is amongst the best. He isn't the kind of person to tell you what you should do, rather he is the person that shows up with solutions and advice. He helped me manage the sale of home in South Dakota where I could not be present, and helped line up and manage a contractor to get the house looking presentable to get the best price possible. He made everything else about the selling process feel seamless. He will be my go-to person for anything South Dakota in the future.

I've known Roy for a few years now, going back to his photography days. He is very talented and creative with photography, but I feel real-estate is his true calling. When we decided to list our home, the market wasn't the greatest, but Roy knew we could make it work. He communicated with us after every showing and talked through what needed improvement. In the end, we sold our house and Roy made the process easy and seamless. I cannot recommend him enough to handle any and all real estate needs.

Mike was excellent to work with in the journey to obtaining our home! He did a great job listening to what we wanted and when that changed, he was more then willing and capable to pivot and point us in the right direction. He was quick to respond and made the time to look at houses even on short notice. When things got stressful he would lighten the mood with a joke and a positive outlook. We had a hard schedule to work with and Mike was willing to go above and beyond to work with our timelines. I would highly recommend Mike and his team! I can’t say enough good things about Roy. He went above and beyond to help me sell my property. Before working with him, I had my home listed with three other realtors in Rapid City. They had very few showings—or none at all—and were unable to get it sold. Roy came in, priced the home realistically based on its value, and was honest with me from the start. He always told me exactly what I needed to hear, not just what I wanted to hear. He was available to answer my questions at all hours and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even while he was out of the country, he made sure I was taken care of and that everything continued moving forward smoothly. I only wish I had found him sooner. We marketed our home almost a full year before having to remove it from the market. 2025 was a terrible year in our area and our agent did her best to get it done but it came time to make a change. We met with Henry and he shared his marketing strategy with us and we felt compelled to hire him. From day one Henry plastered our home all over the country, we finally had some want to buy our home. As soon as we were in escrow Henry and his team kept us in the loop and when things needed done he was on it. I felt his resources to fix things or update things were endless. Henry was on vacation with his family in Europe and it was close to our closing. Our contact never stopped he was with us every step of the way, sure we had some time differences but he was there for us. His team member Emily was pretty amazing too. What a great lady. Mike worked to attain unique financing options for the purchase of my house and then worked with the buyer of my former house to again facilitate unique options to help me with the sale. He kept us both informed on the status of the sale, financing, etc... The sale took a bit longer than expected but he did not rush the sale since I wanted that buyer in the house. He knew the market, financing options and was not pressuring either of us to complete the sale before the buyer was ready. I would use Mike again.

My husband and I had been keeping an eye on the housing market for about a year before we decided we were ready to seriously start shopping. We reached out to Michael and he was quick to respond to our request. At every house we toured, Michael helped us examine the behind the scenes workings to discover any red flags. Because Michael has a lot of personal experience in various aspects of construction and renovation, he was able to offer us advice on what would be possible at each home to make it what we wanted to. Additionally, Michael was super flexible in his tour times. My husband and I work opposite shifts so the overlap in times available to tour are few. Michael was willing to work around our schedules, even being willing to show us the same house but at different times. When it came to paperwork and legalities, Michael always double checked our level of understanding to be certain that we understood what each step in the house hunting process meant. Overall, having Michael as our realtor felt not like having a salesman by our side but a knowledgeable uncle who truly cared about us.
