Seemed logical at the time. We had a unique property for sale that would require a buyer with a vision. Henry was able to show are it in the best way as well as helped us navigate negotiations with a buyer. He was also great putting out fires when buyer's were struggling with financing approval and closing time. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience, communication, availability and positive attitude Henry kept throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I was an absentee owner living 2000 miles away. Megan understood the challenge of selling a fully furnished, vacant home (and ranch) with the owner not able to be of any assistance. She kept me informed throughout the process. She also handled all of the repairs, marketing and, vacating of the home. Bottom line, she was a gift from God as we struggled through a challenging time. I have been in the real estate business for 40 years and this was handled as well as any transaction I have had. I could not recommend her more strongly.
