Mike and his agency exceeded our expectations when purchasing our new home and selling our old one. When we first met Mike at an open house he listened to what we were looking for and showed us several homes which were a good match. Although we didn't purchase anything at that time we liked how well he listened. Several years later we were still looking for the perfect home and ran into Mike again while looking at an empty lot he had for sale. Although we weren't interested in purchasing the lot Mike again impressed us with his straight talk and concern for what we wanted. Over time we found several homes which we thought would work, signed with Mike as our agent, and got our offers accepted. For one reason or other we found that these homes were not going to work out for us and Mike went to bat to help us cancel the offers. This is when we found out what a good realtor is worth. Mike never pressured us to finalize the deals even though he would be losing a sale. Instead he went to bat for us and helped us get out of the deals with minimal financial loss. We eventually found the house we had been looking for and Mike expertly helped us negotiate a great price. In addition, he also sold our old home at a price which was far more than we expected. I highly recommend Mike. If you are looking for a realtor who will give you straight advice and take a personal interest in getting you into a home which you will enjoy then he is the man.
