This home purchase was the first for my daughter so it was important we had a realtor that checked all the boxes. Roy did just that. Not once did we have to wait for a response when we had questions from he or his staff. Because he is so familiar with Rapid City and the Black Hills, it was really easy to coordinate showing of homes. He and his staff made the process simple for my daughter, explaining everything in detail. He went above and beyond even walking us through video showing of a home when we couldn't attend. I feel like we put him up against a challenge and he answered the challenge with ease. He's such a likeable, patient person! Highly recommend.

As the headline reads, this is a very bittersweet moment for us as we are going to miss all of our interactions with Henry! We cannot thank Henry enough for making the sale of our house (which he had under contract within 12 hours of listing!) and the purchase of our new home as smoothly as possible. When my wife and I decided, we were going to sell our home we approached Michael (Mike) and asked if he would look at our home and give us his professional opinion on things we could do that may help us when we sell our home. He came over and gave us five things he recommended doing before listing our home to increase our home’s appeal to potential buyers. We also didn’t want to list our home right away and asked him what time of the year he would recommend listing our home. We followed all of Mike's advice and listed our home on a Friday afternoon with the plan for an open house that Sunday. Within just hours of listing our home with Mike we had multiple showings and multiple offers. After sleeping on the offers that night we accepted one of the offers, we went under contract less than 24 hours after listing our home, we cancelled the rest of the showings scheduled and the open house. Every aspect of the selling process was a breeze which my wife and I both strongly attribute to following Mike's advice throughout the entire home selling process. I knew I wanted Roy to help us sell our house, as we've known him for several years from photographing our wedding and then subsequent family photos for 6+ years. Roy really makes sure you are taken care of as a seller- (our experience was with only with selling our home.) He made sure to take amazing photos of our house and property, gave us tips and tricks to make the house look nice for showings, even came back and took new photos after we removed it from the market for a few months to finish up some construction before relisting it- all without complaint. This was a move out of state for us, so he checked in on our house for us while it was sitting empty waiting for its new owners, even stopping to get mail once when a package was mistakenly mailed to the old address. He handled every bump in the process with grace and even took care of an issue with another agent for us. You won't regret all the hard work that he will put into advertising and marketing your home. He even sent us a sweet gift to our new home on closing day. We had a lot of stressful events leading up to and including the day of closing, so it was nice to have the peace of mind of someone I trusted with this process.

When we started looking at homes Mike was exceptional. When we couldn't be in town to look, Mike let our daughter in-law and grandaughters go with him and face time while showing us a home. Mike listened to everthing we wanted in buying our new home. He was on top of everything we asked. He even thought of things we didn't. If it wasn't for him being on top of everything we wouldn't have found our forever home. With all the times we have bought and sold 6 homes he rates #1. We were going to put offer on a home, which didn't mark all the boxes. He told us about this home that was just out on the market. We looked at it, few hours later we put offer on our forever home. It was everthing we wanted and more. The closing process had hiccups, not because of Mike. Mike was unstoppable with all issues that came up. We would recommend him to anyone that is purchasing or selling their home.
