We purchased a vacant lot from a developer that included a set of permitted plans for a home to be built in the Links at Coyote Wash. The developer tried to short change us on the build by deviating from the permitted plans. Jamie was more than willing to step in and put the Developer and their Agent on notice that we were entitled to get what we had contracted for and that we were unwilling to accept substandard construction or their shady business practices.
