Professional competence, personable temperament and a proactive work style make Stefany Swick into everything you will want and need as your real estate agent in Yuma. My situation was time sensitive, needing to meet deadlines for a 1031 exchange, and she was able and willing to present multiple offers for me, after showing a number of properties that would have met my requirements. She also was instrumental in establishing a functional cooperative effort between escrow, title, and 1031 exchange companies. Even after a couple of rejected offers, some with extenuating circumstances related to seller disclosures, Stefany stayed aggressively on task, resulting in a completed purchase of a very appropriate property.
