Pauline was always easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. She had excellent knowledge of the market, and was very helpful with suggestions to help our property sell. She is a fantastic agent, and we have recommended her to many people over the years.

Pauline was so helpful bringing her knowledge to the table regarding repairs, preparation for showing the house. She was always available, kept me informed and made the process run smoothly. Very accommodating. I feel the sell of the house was a success due to her professionalism. I highly recommend her.

Pauline had good communication with both sides of the spectrum, I never experience an argument. Everything she did was clean and tight. Pauline made sure she could obtain resources she needed before any incidents could happen. She knew the rules and regulations and stayed within a boundary. Pauline kept business to business and did it with bliss.

Cindy has been buying and selling homes in the Prescott area for over 25 years. She understand the market, and people. Cindy will work with you regardless of your experience. She is focused on finding the best property for the best client. We have used Cindy to buy and sell and referred her to multiple people. Everyone is pleased with her relaxed engaged style.

Cindy was not only astonishing in her performance, but she was also very knowledgeable about the market. She met our needs and then some. Cindy went above and beyond the call of duty in our need to sell our home, things needed to go fast, and in a tough market, she delivered the best that anyone could ask for. I now and for the rest of my home buying & selling life will be going through Cindy.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rob and his team. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the market and clear communication made everything smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how quickly they delivered results—our house sold in just 11 days. Rob and his team handled every detail and kept us informed every step of the way. Rob is truly a stand-up guy who is true to his word. It’s rare to find someone in this industry with that level of integrity and commitment. I would highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Amazing experience working with Rob Centers at Alexander Halenka & Associates. I previously had my land listed with another company for over a year with no results. After switching to them, we received multiple offers within the first month and quickly went into escrow. They made the entire process simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!
