No matter how difficult the situation at hand was. Pauline reassured us she loved a good challenge.

Pauline had good communication with both sides of the spectrum, I never experience an argument. Everything she did was clean and tight. Pauline made sure she could obtain resources she needed before any incidents could happen. She knew the rules and regulations and stayed within a boundary. Pauline kept business to business and did it with bliss.
