My husband and I had been looking for land in the Northern parts of Arizona near Prescott for a few years. We didn't have luck with a real estate agent in 2024 - 2025 and we kept chasing properties on Zillow only to find that the information was not accurate. Terri is an excellent and conscientious realtor who I have used for both buying and selling. This particular sale was needed when it was a buyers market rather than a sellers.
