Helped us with finding and purchasing our land in Paulden, AZ

My husband and I had been looking for land in the Northern parts of Arizona near Prescott for a few years. We didn't have luck with a real estate agent in 2024 - 2025 and we kept chasing properties on Zillow only to find that the information was not accurate. I searched for real estate agents in the area on Yelp and that is where I found Terri and her husband's 5-star ratings. I reached out and Terri answered my call on a Sunday afternoon. She sent us MLS listings in the area that day and went above and beyond to gather information for us. Within 2-3 days she found us exactly what we had been looking for. She helped us with negotiating and locking in a deal and within three weeks we had closed on our property purchase. She was extremely helpful, very responsive, and caring about what we wanted. I would highly recommend Terri for your go to real estate agent. She won't disappoint! Thank you, Terri!
