Purchasing a house for the first time is more than an adventure. So many questions, such as complex process. This is where Gabriele made us feel comfortable, answering every questions, addressing every concern, guiding us through all the maze and taking the time to show up the properties and talk us through the process, even on a week-end. Cathy was there every step of the way. This was the third house we made an offer on. Cathy didn't slow down one bit. Even though we were both frustrated along the way. She never lost her sense of professionalism and willingness to help. I had so many questions as I was buying out of state. Always there for a phone call or an uplifting word. So from start to finish with Gabriella we had no worries at all that she was putting us first at all times.
