Blake is the type of realtor that really becomes your friend. He becomes invested in you and your family, which help him to find yiu the best house for your needs and wants. Although, based out of Franklin, he shows no annoyance in traveling around middle Tennessee to show you your potential dream house/property. Also, his knowledge of the market is top notch. Our offer was put in before an open house was scheduled, and Blake boldly said "I've been known to cancel an open house or two." And sure enough, he did just as he "promised."
