Purchasing a house for the first time is more than an adventure. So many questions, such as complex process. This is where Gabriele made us feel comfortable, answering every questions, addressing every concern, guiding us through all the maze and taking the time to show up the properties and talk us through the process, even on a week-end. Great communicator, good adviser and very responsible agent. Because of that everything was done properly , good documentation, great knowledge, respectful and made you feel like you know him for so long. Jennifer Orton is a consummate professional and helped us determine the necessary steps to prepare our property for sale. She helped us find resources to touch up the interior and exterior and all her referrals were spot on! Also, when it was time to list the property, she nailed the pricing by providing excellent research and that was very impressive in itself! During the offer acceptance and closing phases, she was available at all times for both parties involved by working with the buyer's agent and communicating needs and proposed compromises.
