Melinda was stellar during the sale of my condo - and I was not an easy seller. I was anxious and stressed because the property had (has) a couple of problems (namely a set of three paranoid and harassing neighbors who have cameras pointed at the unit). But, in the end, Melinda helped me get what I wanted out of the property - both in terms of money/sales price and getting away from those neighbors. I’m not sure another realtor would have put up with me.

He was very knowledgeable about the market and going in and fighting for us to get the best deal possible in negotiations. He stuck with us doing our search even when we had challenges he always reassured that eventually something will come together eventually and that type of attitude and personality is what makes him to me a great realtor.
