As a long distance, buyer, her recommendations for resources to help close on the home were invaluable.

Melinda was stellar during the sale of my condo - and I was not an easy seller. I was anxious and stressed because the property had (has) a couple of problems (namely a set of three paranoid and harassing neighbors who have cameras pointed at the unit). But, in the end, Melinda helped me get what I wanted out of the property - both in terms of money/sales price and getting away from those neighbors. I’m not sure another realtor would have put up with me.
