Betsy Turnage was amazing from start to finish. She helped us price out home correctly, recommended great staging tips and even brought some of her own staging for us! She has impressive marketing strategy and sold our home quickly! She is not only a great communicator, she has great negotiation skills and very responsive! Never too late for another review, right? 😊 Back in November 2022 I shared how Betsy helped us find our first home after viewing 27 houses (yes, twenty-seven!). To be fair, we were navigating the absolute craziest of times with COVID, fostering kids, and juggling about three other major life milestones all at once. Through all of that chaos, Betsy’s patience and positivity never wavered. I said then that she wasn’t a transactional agent but a true relationship-based one, and that we’d found our lifelong realtor. Fast forward to today and Betsy has now helped us with our first investment property, our second home purchase, and one home sale. So from start to finish with Gabriella we had no worries at all that she was putting us first at all times. From being proactive with viewings , to taking extra time out of her day to show us around and really investing in helping us find what we really wanted. We have kids and she was very specific in also showing us homes in areas that had great schools with easy access which has resulted in us being in a great area for not only us but our children.
