Priced the home for a fast sale and got a back up offer for the full amount. Excellent communication and found a way to circumvent the lack of communication buyer's agent to make sure the deal was on track! She helped me stage my home and made it the way I wish I had it the whole time I lived there. The pictures and videos she had professionally taken really made the house shine when Nashville housing market and sales were slowing down. She walked me through all the stages and made sure I was on track for closing. She also worked with my realtor on my new house to ensure a smooth transition

Rachel was fantastic as we were in the process of relocating from out of state to the Nashville area. It really felt like she had our best interest in mind and wasn't just looking to get a commission check.
