This last sale had everything to do with affirming and securing my last chapter. Wes handled everything thrown him and me with calm, control and professionalism. Purchasing a home is a journey. Purchasing one sight unseen is even more challenging. Stephanie was fantastic at every point and gave sound input I greatly relied on, that became a sounding board when other parties were less consistent in the process. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and I would request her again if I ever repurchase in the area!
Leslie is the utmost professional with knowledge and experience my husband and I have rarely encountered during our 20+years of being in real estate. We had an EXTREMELY complicated situation (rehab home that involved eviction and estate) with the sale of our home that we know many people would have a hard time handling. Leslie was there with us every step of the way: guiding, consoling, advising. She held all parties (us, lenders, prospective purchasers, other real estate agents) accountable to ensure that the sale went smoothly and as scheduled. She is extremely responsive and responsible and, again I emphasize, knowledgeable. We will highly all friends, family and colleagues to her. You definitely want to have Leslie on your side!
