Djana helped us through the entire process of downsizing which included selling our home in Bethesda and looking for and purchasing a home in DC. Djana helped us locate the professionals needed to do the home improvements needed to sell our home, and was patient as we looked at numerous homes before settling on an area that was best for us- Capitol Hill area. We found a perfect home and Djana was with us every step of the way. She really listened to us, offered expert advice and is an excellent negotiator. Contacted Eugene about a Coop unit. He was able to explain in details how that specific Coop worked, even though he didn't have it in his portfolio. Eugene found out the proper agent's name and number, and then called me back within 3 hours, whereas the unit was not co-brokered, meaning Eugene wouldn't even get any fee. Great guy, friendly, professional, efficient !

Eugene Sung recently helped my husband and I buy our first house in DC. He was flexible, responsive, and professional - all qualities that are necessary when making offers in such a competitive market. Eugene was neither pushy, nor overly casual about the process. He struck a good balance that gave my husband and I the time to search at our own pace, while making sure that we were always aware of the latest and most relevant listings for us. If it wasn't for Eugene's thoughtful advice and his eagerness to jump into action when we found the house we wanted, I don't think we could have possibly gotten our house at such a great deal (or at all)! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the DC/MD area.
