Melissa is a fantastic real estate agent - so good, in fact, that I decided to work with her twice! There's nothing negative to say: her knowledge of the market was excellent, she kept everything running smoothly, and she was always patient with my random (probably dumb) questions. She did all this while the road in front of the home was being repaved and had no parking signs on both sides of the streets. This was a major feat, but she did it and we closed within two weeks of signing the contract. Traci is the consummate professional and most definitely has her client’s best interest at heart.
