Tonya was wonderful. She got to know us and our situation and needs. We hired Tonya to purchase a home in Arlington. She was not pushy or demanding. She knew the market very well including what homes were priced too high and which were good deals. She worked nicely with other realtors in the area which helped out several times in our search. In the end, her knowledge and experience with personally remodeling a home helped her to see potential that we initially did not see. We are glad we listened to her, because we now have a beautiful home for our family. I would highly recommend Tonya as a realtor. And as well as being a great professional she is a kind and caring person.

Nate patiently and confidently navigated the nuances of the entire sales process; this was harder than it seemed since there were prospective buyers who required ongoing communication (until we found "the one" and ultimately completed the sale). She had all the comps, and advised us that although there was a similar property in the same place listed but we could charge more due to better views. She went and staged the property out of her own commission and sold our property in one week. I could not be more pleased and grateful.

Josh exceeded my expectations in every way possible, and I truly do not believe anyone could have put together the string of deals that he accomplished for us. He sold my first Arlington condo when I initially wanted to buy a home in Del Ray, and after handling both of those transactions so well, I knew exactly who to call when it came time to sell again. Brian was super helpful in the purchase of our downsizing condo. He guided us without telling us. He showed us several properties and guided us through the entire process by being on top of action items and working closely with other parties such as the loan officer, insurance agent, and closing agent. Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
