Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. Lynnea is amazing! She is so incredibly patient and knowledgeable in all things real estate. My buying situation was a long process and had some stops and starts due to some family situations and me wanting to improve my credit score but she stuck with me the entire time. She provided me with resources to build up my credit and she helped to keep me from feeling too down when I lost bids on homes and was the voice of reason when things didn't seem like they would work out.
