Melissa is a fantastic real estate agent - so good, in fact, that I decided to work with her twice! There's nothing negative to say: her knowledge of the market was excellent, she kept everything running smoothly, and she was always patient with my random (probably dumb) questions. My favorite part of having Melissa as my agent, though, is her hustle! Not only does she respond quickly, but she doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond. For example, I had to move cross-country before my condo sold, and even in my absence Melissa had no issues sorting out contractors for various things. My experience was painless and easy because Melissa was so on top of everything. If I were still in the area, I'd absolutely work with Melissa again... and you should too!
