Josh exceeded my expectations in every way possible, and I truly do not believe anyone could have put together the string of deals that he accomplished for us. He sold my first Arlington condo when I initially wanted to buy a home in Del Ray, and after handling both of those transactions so well, I knew exactly who to call when it came time to sell again. With young children, multiple dogs, and the need to find a bigger home in Del Ray, Josh's experience and local expertise was invaluable. Even during the summer when inventory rose and rates were high, we received multiple offers week 1 and Josh nailed it on price while getting us a clen contract. On the buy side, he was able to find our next home off-market through his local connections which is crucial in Del Ray. We didn't know if we'd ever be able to find our "forever home" in Del Ray, but Josh made it happen in less than a month! The timing and speed in which he was able to handle these transactions was invaluable to our family and made our move as smooth as possible. Beth is a fantastic agent: she brought deep expertise and a personal approach, and she went above and beyond. After seeing a neighborhood home that she listed and sold a year earlier, we knew that she would be the right agent as she paid attention to all the details. When we had a family emergency in the middle of moving out, she was very sympathetic and helped find ways to keep us sane and on schedule. Most importantly, of course, was her expertise in staging, listing and marketing our home. While it was a hot market, she did not take anything for granted and did a full marketing campaign. We’ve talked to many people who also sold their homes, and did not anywhere near the level of commitment. We sold over listing price within days, and had a smooth transaction thanks to Beth. We cannot recommend Beth highly enough!
