Blake is a very knowledgeable realtor whose specialty is taking the fear and worry out of selling your home. He helped us sell quickly and for a fair price and represented our interests during the entire process.

We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless. We could not have asked for a better agent than Shandon. 2017 is a fierce seller's market in Utah, but Shandon helped us secure a contract and the necessary repairs (e.g., roof replacement, electrical upgrades, washer/dryer) for a beautiful home. Shandon's experience in construction management is extremely helpful -- he can walk you through a home and know exactly what looks good, bad, or salvageable in a structure (helped us avoid a deceptively bad foundation and another home with hidden water damage). Shandon is one of the most conscientious and professional people I've had the pleasure of working with. We felt zero pressure, he became very in-tune with our preferences, and he was always very quick to respond to calls, text, and email. He asks great questions throughout the buying process to pinpoint what you're looking for and, as our preferences evolved over a couple weeks, he was happy to accommodate. If we move again in the future, I will definitely be relying on Shandon and he's the first I'll recommend to friends and family.
