We could not have asked for a better agent than Shandon. 2017 is a fierce seller's market in Utah, but Shandon helped us secure a contract and the necessary repairs (e.g., roof replacement, electrical upgrades, washer/dryer) for a beautiful home. Shandon's experience in construction management is extremely helpful -- he can walk you through a home and know exactly what looks good, bad, or salvageable in a structure (helped us avoid a deceptively bad foundation and another home with hidden water damage). Shandon is one of the most conscientious and professional people I've had the pleasure of working with. We felt zero pressure, he became very in-tune with our preferences, and he was always very quick to respond to calls, text, and email. He asks great questions throughout the buying process to pinpoint what you're looking for and, as our preferences evolved over a couple weeks, he was happy to accommodate.
