He was very professional and knowledgeable about market conditions, our neighborhood and what type of buyer would be interested in purchasing a home in our location and price range. John personally held many open houses and always provided us with the details of each showing. He was always available to answer our questions and/or concerns and gave us honest feedback and advice. Ashley Park is a dream agent and I'll sing her praises for life! I've used two agents previously and she was by far the best. She made buying a project house seem manageable, and knew what estimates we could expect for each project that we needed to complete. Oh, and had contacts for everything imaginable. I never could have taken on such an undertaking without her help, which I should mention hasn't ended. She has gone above and beyond more than anyone I've ever know. As for selling our home, she made the process far easier than I expected. Not only did she send a handyman to help, she staged the home for us. It made the entire process far less stressful than past experiences. She's truly the best at what she does.

We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless.
