We had stalled with another agent despite trying a number of different strategies. Dan came in with some bold suggestions and the enthusiasm we were looking for. We were confident in his recommendations and he had the improvements well underway the same day. Dan knew exactly how to stage the house and brought in everything needed to do it. This was the guidance and expertise we definitely needed. He had professional photography and videography produced to help present our home in its best light. Once it was on the market, Dan created an online presence that was second to none! You couldn’t search for a house in Davis County without coming across our listing. The marketing materials he and his colleagues created were top-notch. Dan and his team held an Open House each weekend, providing lots of publicity and following up on every lead. We had several interested parties and multiple offers. Throughout the process, we were confident that Dan expertly represented our interests at every turn. Once we had accepted the final offer on our home, he made sure every deadline and hurdle passed without skipping a beat. Listing our home with Dan was the best decision we made. If only we had listed with him from the start. The key truly is listing with an expert in your area. Dan is the guy to go with in Davis County! We would recommend him to anyone ready to sell their home!

The 1996 film starring Tom Cruise and Cuba Gooding Jr. is a comedy about a sports agent with a huge heart and the dream of doing business differently. In the film the agent goes above and beyond over and again for his client, often to hilarious and entertaining lengths (SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!). While my experience with Kroger Menzer was not as cinematic/dramatic, he really does parallel the passion to go beyond the status quo, the huge heart, the genuine people/listening skills, and deep expertise in his field of the Jerry Maguire character. Kroger helped me sell my 78 year old mother's condo in Day Break, Utah. I very much felt like we were a team working together. I was well supported in my efforts to do minor renovations, repairs and staging to get the place in its best condition to go to market. He was extremely patient and respectful of my aging mother, very knowledgeable about the other roles in the process (not just his piece of the equation). He was extremely responsive and proactively communicative with me. Because I was in charge of this sale for my entire family and was managing it from out of state, proactive communication was especially valuable to me. If he needed a response before a deadline from me and I hadn't responded yet, I was given the benefit of the doubt that I was super busy and didn't see it, and we always progressed with momentum each step of the way together. I was confident I didn't have to make sure balls didn't get dropped. I learned so much in the process because of Kroger's approach to educating his clients (if they want to learn) not just advising them. Kroger really worked diligently for my family and we are happy with the financial results of our sale. He cares very much about his community and his reputation is well earned.

(2017) Becca is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in real estate investing and in the Utah market. Her advice has saved me thousands on my own purchases and has helped me to get the properties that best matched my goals. She is a powerful negotiator and has been a key resource to have in the industry. UPDATE (March 2022): Just bought our first investment property. Becca's knowledge not only of the market but also of the other long agents in Utah helped us provide the chosen bid among the stiff competition in the current market! We could easily go to some of these "cut the agent out and save" services to buy/sell real estate but Becca's knowledge/experience is worth EVERY dollar she gets paid. Jennifer is an amazing agent who handled all aspects of a complicated home sale efficiently and effectively. She is an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to multiple mistakes by the buyer's mortgage company. She appreciated the historic nature of the house she sold for me in spite of its condition issues, and she marketed the historic aspects beautifully in a way that created great interest and resulted in multiple offers.
