Jennifer is an amazing agent who handled all aspects of a complicated home sale efficiently and effectively. She is an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to multiple mistakes by the buyer's mortgage company. She appreciated the historic nature of the house she sold for me in spite of its condition issues, and she marketed the historic aspects beautifully in a way that created great interest and resulted in multiple offers. I would highly recommend Jennifer and am very grateful to her for everything she did for me with this sale!

I have known Nancy for many years. In no way did our friendship impact her level of professionalism in listing and selling our home. She has in depth knowledge of the market, a great team, gave us thoughtful pricing and was calm throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth and quick, I would highly recommend her.

Cory made the house buying process a fun one. Going to look at potential houses with him was a blast and he was always quick to respond to show times. The best part of having him as my agent was it really felt like he was looking after my best interests. My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless.
