We feel fortunate to have met and worked with Adam Koch and his crew at K2 Realty. Apart from their cheerful hospitality and being available on a moment’s notice from beginning to end, Adam’s professional breadth and depth make him a standout among his peers in the business. As both buyers and sellers of homes and vacant land, we’ve worked with a number of experienced agents over the years. Agents specializing in either property category are common, but expertise in both is rare. We met Adam at the start of our open-ended search for a home in the greater Salt Lake City area. At the time, we weren’t decided on whether we’d purchase an existing home or build a custom.
