When I had found a home online that I was really interested in I sent a request for information online and within about a minute Mike had contacted me. That same day he had a whole workup on my home to sell and had set up the appointment to view the home I was interested in buying and a few more. With Mike's help I made an offer the next day and am now buying my ideal perfect home. He made everything very quick and easy!

From day one, Christina provided expert knowledge of the real estate market. Her communication was on point. Texts, emails, and phone calls were professional and friendly. She was able to intuitively read my wife's and my concerns, sometimes before we could put them into words. So many times we appreciated how she worked behind the scenes on our behalf. The home buying process is a relationship and a journey. We felt like we won the lottery and had an expert friend to walk us through the journey from day one to closing.

Christina went above and beyond for my wife and I and we could not have asked for a better agent. We sold our home very quickly due to her advertising. We had a number of repairs to figure out prior to closing and Christina was with us every step of the way and saw to it personally that everything was done properly. I work nights and have a difficult schedule to work around, she respected these hours and worked very well with our needs. Ultimately we had a very easy experience selling our home. We could count on Christina for quick communication on the fly and no doubt she took time out of her own life to help us when she could. I cannot recommend Christina enough and would choose her again in a heartbeat.

Jackie matched my personality and understood my urgency as I had listed my house previously with another realtor who although was nice and had helped me buy this house originally; there wasn't any offers or plan of adjustment besides lowering the price after three months. After taking my house off the market for a month, I interviewed five different realtors to relist my house in this buyer's market with a surplus of house as I had a deadline to move to another city already. I chose Jackie because she was the only realtor who presented an action plan, details of her resources she uses for marketing, and stated she would perform an open house within the first week which I didn't think of doing which made a major difference from previous listing. I had confidence in Jackie when I asked her about my pricing and timeline expectation, which she was direct with her opinion of expertise in advising me to understand that as a seller I would have to adjust my price based upon my time frame of sale which I had stubbornly started too high with my other realtor and I didn't understand my range of buyers in this current market. Jacket gave me an adequate information I didn't think of, suggestions, and competitive advantage to move my house as I was behind schedule. She's experienced, has a great network, business mindset with marketing, and her firm honest opinion is out of care as she is able to reciprocate feedback in understanding what I wanted and working with my expectation. She's a go getter and communicates well so trust me when I say she's detail oriented to get stuff moving for you.
