I happened to meet Christina Shortsleeve while she was hosting an open house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the value and prices of properties in various areas of the city. She guided me through the intricate steps of buying a home in a new state. She was respectfully honest when I asked for an opinion. I had a difficult time deciding the style of home I ultimately wanted to live in. She advised a method that helped me with the very important decision of selecting just the right home for myself. She genuinely wanted me to be happy and comfortable in my life. Christina knew exactly the amount to offer for the property I decided on. Not having much experience in the world of real estate, I became anxious about the process from time to time. Christina had a calming influence on me. Her assurances gave me confidence and peace. I found Christina through Zillow and she was willing to stick with me through my very long process of buying a home. I had a low budget, and expectations that seemed to live outside that budget. It took lots of time looking for the home for me, but she was patient and always quick to reply or help. Especially with my neverending list of questions. Once we found my home, she walked me through the buying process and answered all my questions, making it a much more manageable process.
