She was able to give me information about the history of every house and anything potentially wrong with it. She understood exactly 💯 what I was looking for and where I wanted to be in my price range. She even knew my mortgage lady and worked directly with her. The whole entire transaction was quick and seemless. I never imagined to the process was so easy in fact now my friends are buying house too with the aid of her service. Ms Winton did a phenomenal job at selling my dad’s place. She worked hard from doing individual showings to having open houses. She was very accommodating when it came to setting up times for the showings. (My dad and stepmom are elderly, so timing was key.) Ms Winton knows her stuff and knows the area. She is a true asset to her company.
