When i was looking for a realtor i was referred by a friend about Kara Folkins. He mentioned that she will make you feel like her only client, and he was right! I spoke with Kara in late March and told her that I needed to sell two homes and buy one and the timeline I would like to be at. I was nervous but Kara was so professional and told me we were going to get it done! And she did! Kara and her team were so great to us and did make us feel like we were her only customers! There is a reason she is rated as one of the top agents. I look forward to doing business with her in the future! Thank you Kara and Abby!

Kata took total ownership and delivered! A true professional.

Kara helped us move from another city, not knowing much about the Tulsa area. She was incredibly patient while we figured out which area of the city to look for houses and was extremely informative throughout our search. She was honest and professional, guiding us in the right direction for our family. She was so flexible with her time, showing us houses around our work and children's schedules and always with a smile. We could not have done this without her and are very grateful for her guidance!

Liz Thieman of the Pritchett Team is quite simply the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Knowledgable, great communication, and we felt completely protected in our end of the transaction. She went the extra mile through inspections and repairs, knows the market trends, and gives 110% throughout the process. If you are looking for a great real estate professional, this is the one to use.

Liz is the best. So informed, caring of our needs and got us exactly what we needed on the sale of our home and in 1 day! Looking forward to continuing to work with her on the sale of another and finding us our perfect next home. Would give 1000 stars if I could!

Kathy was honest from the start regarding the listing price. The market had taken a downturn so we were not going to be reaping the benefits of the market when we had purchased only two years earlier. The neighborhood comps were disappointing for a home our size at our price point. Six weeks later after an open house and social media blitz, I agreed to lower the asking price. There were nibbles but nothing serious. Four plus months later, I agreed to lower the price again but fortunately the house went under a contingency contract before that price was updated. It was not an easy journey and took longer than anticipated but we closed on the house. Kathy was so easy to work with during this process. She listened to my frustrations and made me feel at ease. I trusted her years of experience, her solid sales record and professionalism. If I were still living in the Tulsa area, she would be my realtor again and again.

Kathy knew just what to do to get our house sold quickly and for a great price! She was with us every step of the way and took great care of us!
