Kara is AMAZING!
When i was looking for a realtor i was referred by a friend about Kara Folkins. He mentioned that she will make you feel like her only client, and he was right! I spoke with Kara in late March and told her that I needed to sell two homes and buy one and the timeline I would like to be at. I was nervous but Kara was so professional and told me we were going to get it done! And she did! Kara and her team were so great to us and did make us feel like we were her only customers! There is a reason she is rated as one of the top agents. I look forward to doing business with her in the future! Thank you Kara and Abby!

It was truly a pleasure working with you both to achieve your goal of selling to properties in Tulsa and purchasing your new home in Bixby. I'm thrilled to hear that you felt like my only clients and that the experience was as smooth and professional as you hoped it would be. Your trust and confidence mean the world to us. Abby and I are delighted to have been part of your journey, and we can't wait to assist you with any future real estate needs. Wishing you all the best in your new home! Kara and Abby
