Kathy Findahl was very involved and helpful from day one. We were selling my parents home. She was quick to provide suggestions as far as repairs and improvements to help sell the home. She helped us with a listing price which was just right. We sold the home quickly with her help. I felt good about the transaction and felt everyone involved received a fair deal. Kathy was honest from the start regarding the listing price. The market had taken a downturn so we were not going to be reaping the benefits of the market when we had purchased only two years earlier. The neighborhood comps were disappointing for a home our size at our price point. Six weeks later after an open house and social media blitz, I agreed to lower the asking price. There were nibbles but nothing serious. Four plus months later, I agreed to lower the price again but fortunately the house went under a contingency contract before that price was updated. It was not an easy journey and took longer than anticipated but we closed on the house. Kathy was so easy to work with during this process. She listened to my frustrations and made me feel at ease. I trusted her years of experience, her solid sales record and professionalism. If I were still living in the Tulsa area, she would be my realtor again and again.
