They are also incredibly responsive and work hard to develop open lines of communication. My house was a tricky one to sell, and they were able to sell it quickly! It was priced perfectly and their recommendations for preparing the house to sell were fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough!

This wasn’t my first time working with Kara, and there’s a reason. Kara and her team were absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. This was not an easy or typical sale, and Kara and Abby went above and beyond more times than I can count. She provided us with a detailed analysis of our home markets, gave us recommendations to improve our home's attraction to buyers, and even provided several accent pieces in our home. She had an Open House very quickly after the listing. She always provided us with timely and informed updates for every step. Christina was always on our side through-out the entire sales process including the contracts, requested repairs, closing requirements, and follow-up after the sale. I would highly recommend Christina for the purchase or sale of your home and yes I would also use her again when needed.
