Lynette is just awesome. I had to sell my home while living in another city. When the inspector found some issues, she facilitated and met with the vendors to follow up on any issues. Everything got cleaned up and repaired on time. Since the house was empty, she brought some little touches to show the potential and did all of the replacements that needed to happen. I am talking everything from light bulbs to smoke detectors. I would never hesitate to use her again. Closing went smoothly, and she was always willing to communicate via text or phone.

Her knowledge of real estate transactions and professionalism over came a less that honest seller/broker. Her communications style and skills kept the transaction alive and got us to the closing table. I ama retired 25 yr realtor in Houston. I knew what must be done to have a valid contract and protect ourselves from an overbearing seller. Yuilett stayed on track representing us beautifully even though we were not tolerating the seller's antics. She had to use negotiating and communication skills at every turn.
