What started out as frustration when searching for a home turned into an absolute blessing. We started out with a different agent who wasn’t getting back to us in a timely manner. So I started calling listing agents. Holly was the listing agent on a house I called. She was super helpful and not pushy at all. She told me I could call her anytime with any questions even if I was sticking with my current agent. After hanging up and thinking about it we decided to go with Holly as our agent. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure our family got into a beautiful home on time with no lag in closing. We were able to close super fast and get into our home a day early. Holly treated us like we were family and was an absolute blessing to our situation. We moved from WA state to TX so we really needed someone who was 100% willing to do the leg work for us while have our best interests at heart. I highly recommend Holly and will use her again if we ever move but we love our house and think we’ll be here for the long run. Thank you Holly you really made this process easy.

I had a fantastic experience working with the Spencer Team! They are truly a 5-star, professional, knowledgeable about the area, personable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I felt confident and supported throughout the entire home buying process. Melissa and Doyle are one of a kind. In 2021, they assisted us in looking at properties in Montgomery County over the weekend. They were sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable. We decided not to relocate at that time. In 2024, I called Melissa Spencer; she answered, immediately remembered my name, and the weekend in 2021 when she and Doyle Spencer showed us properties. I was shocked that she remembered me and what we were looking for in a property. I told her we wanted to revisit relocating and what our budget was. Melissa was on it right away. She is so knowledgeable about the area, builders, and Houston in General. The Spencer Team is who you want to call if you need to purchase or sell. Melissa is cool under pressure, resourceful, and will get you to the finish line. She is not just a one-time deal, realtor. Melissa and the Spencer team turn clients into family. She stays in contact with her clients long after closing. Melissa and Doyle are a dynamic duo! If you need a realtor who will support you and put your best interest first, call Melissa with Spencer Team!

Ms. Rosser was everything you could ask for in a realtor. When she says she is going to do something she does it. Always answered phone or returned calls promptly. Took ownership of staging home for best results. I would recommend Holly to anyone in the MAGNOLIA / WALLER / TOMBALL area.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Razelle Smith. She helped me sell my mom's home and ensured we got the best deal possible! She checked in with me often and was always available to answer questions and made suggestions that helped me sell my mom's home.
