Lynette is just awesome. I had to sell my home while living in another city. When the inspector found some issues, she facilitated and met with the vendors to follow up on any issues. Everything got cleaned up and repaired on time. Since the house was empty, she brought some little touches to show the potential and did all of the replacements that needed to happen. I am talking everything from light bulbs to smoke detectors. I would never hesitate to use her again. Closing went smoothly, and she was always willing to communicate via text or phone.

Kathleen was incredible! We came to the Houston area from out-of-state, and she made the whole process possible. She’s always quick to respond to any questions, helped us work through every step, humored our spastic and far-afield house viewing requests, and negotiated our final offer to beat out competition. Oh, and she graciously held our one-year-old when we needed hands free for signing documents or walking through a house.
