After 44 years of living in the same home, it was time to make a move. I now needed a smaller space. Very scary, but Laura had a way of calming me. She understood what I needed and wanted. Everyone I spoke to were very polite, patient and always had an answer to my questions. Often communication was in conversations and written form. If I didn't understand something, I could always call the Blessed Life Group and someone was always there to help me. We had constant communication, even when I went on vacation! She kept me informed of new houses entering the marked. Always making me aware of my choices. Now I have my perfect, beautiful home closer to family! We bought our new home before selling our existing home. Jaymes recommended we have a house inspection done and needed work completed prior to putting the house on the market for sale. We did so and the end result was that the buyers were able to read the inspection and see the work completed. Jaymes also suggested an open house be held on day one of the house going on the market. This approach rendered multiple offers on day two. Closing was on day 33!
