Phillis was professional and had good market knowledge. She listened to my requests and was able to find good possibilities for us to review before we even got into the market area. After only two days of looking at listings provided by her we were able to settle on a property that was not even in the listings, but about to go on the market. We were pleased with her and how energetic and personable she was, not only to my husband and myself, but also with other family members who were included in the deciding factor.

Janis was always evaluating the market, the reviews on our house, and positioning it to sell fast and at our desired price point.
