Janis Adams

Janis Adams was recommended by a relative of mine, and I was so happy to have her as my agent. Her communication skills were the best throughout the entire process. I really believe that Janis saved me some money on the transaction, and the final outcome was better than I expected. One time she was out of town and her assistant Maria stepped in and we never missed a beat. I have to say I was overwhelmed at the entire process.

Janis Adams works with you on how to get your house sold. Furthermore, I met Mrs Adams 12 years ago when I purchased the house. I had such a great experience. I went back to Mrs Adams to sell the house. I would highly recommend go through Janis to buy or sell your home.

We had a challenging situation selling our home in a difficult market, especially since we had very little room to lower the price without taking an even larger loss. Despite all that, Janis worked hard to get the house sold and did everything she could to get us across the finish line. We're very grateful for everything she did to help and would definitely recommend her to others looking to buy or sell a home!

Sold for the amount she said it would.

Janis is great to work with. My family has trusted her with multiple homes and she never dissapoints! She is knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. She makes the entire experience of buying a home seamless. We will absolutely use her again!

Janis was always evaluating the market, the reviews on our house, and positioning it to sell fast and at our desired price point. She brought in a stager, had a full virtual tour made, and professional pics. When we needed advice or guidance, she was able to provide that since she has years of experience. I strongly recommend her!
