When we reached out to our relocation coordinator, we never could have described a better agent than Karin. She treated us like family, she got on the phone right away and started becoming familiar with us, our wants, our needs and our values. She is very detail oriented and was willing to handle dealing with all sorts of challenges, wether it would be with areas, difficulties with listings and ever more so dealing with other less experienced and difficult sellers agents. She went above and beyond and even took on doing some of their work and research, just to make sure our dream-home deal wouldn’t fall through because of another agent’s neglect. Her and the team had many contacts and knowledge of the greater Houston area, which, for a couple of out-of-towners ourselves, was invaluable. Even more so, as a testament to her professionalism and commitment to get the job done, she ushered us through local transactions Since we did most of the closing remotely.
