Travis is very attentive to his client's needs. He was always willing to show properties at any time. Once we found a home to purchase and the process started, Travis was right there guiding us the whole way. He made buying a home very easy and structured. Without even asking, Travis took care of things we weren't familiar with. There was a freeze coming, Travis made sure the home was winterized. I highly recommend using Travis and his team.

He set up an open house within about 2 weeks of listing the property and we had an offer above our asking price the next day. He continued to assist with the selling process through closing. Travis was always willing to help with any request, especially when we were out of town.
