Im a pretty picky person and was only willing to buy a house within a very small area and the house had to meet my laundry list of needs. Albert took my list and was able to only show me houses that best matched that. He responded quickly when i had questions and was always available. The house i ended up buying, was only listed for a few min before i was made aware of it. Albert was able to move his schedule around so i could see the house same day. And by the end of the night we already had an offer in the sellers hands and by morning it was accepted. Im pretty sure no one else was able to even see the house before i got to it. Its an older house so its not perfect and that showed up in the inspection to which Albert was able to negotiate an even sweeter deal. I couldn't be happier with the house and Albert was a key part in making this happen.
