I found Phillis through the Dave Ramsey website when I was looking for a realtor. There were three realtors two of them reached out through an automated text that someone from their team would reach out. I was disappointed, Phillis calls me while I am out shopping and she starts telling me about herself and explains the whole process she spends over an hour on the phone with me. I appreciate that about her, I unfortunately have an accident and we had to delay looking for a house.
