We had more interest than expected and thankfully our house was sold in less than a week for the price we wanted. Tracey was an absolute joy to work with on this house hunt. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhood specific housing market but her ability to explain the nuisances of home buying were pivotal to our success. She was always available when we needed her and she made us feel so comfortable and secure when those stressful moments seemed to be getting the best of us. She was professional at all times and asked very pertinent questions of the seller’s agents. Her opinions were never forced on us and she always made a point to ask us what we thought throughout the process. Her patience seemed limitless as we seemed to drag our feet at times because she understood what a momentous event home buying can be and she understood that not everyone moves along this journey at the same pace. We always felt in good hands with Tracey and would recommend her very highly to anyone.
